Reece is a former NCAA Division I and Professional ice hockey player. After finishing her competitive career, she took on her previous off-season job as a Professional Skating Coach for ice hockey players in a more serious capacity. With 7 years of experience with private lesson coaching and 5 years as a Lead Instructor for Laura Stamm Power Skating, leading 50+ clinics around the USA, she started Reece Diener Power Skating & Skills (March 2025). She is currently a Skating & Skills Instructor at Elev802 - Denver where she works with motivated players looking to elevate their game. She also runs lessons at various other rinks. In addition to her private lesson work, she is the Colorado 14ers 10U A Head Coach. She has also filled roles such as 14U Head Coach and 16U Asst. Coach for the Colorado 14ers organization.

Reece has had the opportunity to coach players at the Rec, USA Hockey A/AA/AAA, Swiss U9-U17 Elite, NAHL, and NCAA (DI & DIII) levels.
